New styles from Basshu of their Igusa reed rugs. Constructed from the igusa plant, Basshu have sourced the Rush from Yatsushiro, Kumamoto in one of the Southern-most regions of Japan. These are an ornate Tatami-style mat using Native American inspired designs. The rugs add warmth and insulation to a floor as well as acting as an air purifier. Its distinctive grassy fragrance helps cleanse the room and all rugs are backed with a urethane foam to reduce friction and add yet another layer of padding and insulation.
